Shola Adeniji, a fifth-year graduate student from Prof. Boniface Fokwa’s research group, has been selected to receive the 2026 Robert C. Haddon Memorial Endowed Graduate Award. The selection committee was impressed by his successful integration of experimental solid-state chemistry and theoretical modeling, which has resulted in numerous first-author publications, including multiple in high-impact journals. This award was generously endowed by the Haddon family to recognize graduate student excellence in research, in memory of Prof. Robert Haddon.
