Malsha Amugoda, a fourth-year graduate student from Prof. James Davies’ lab, has been selected to receive the 2026 Excellence in Analytical Chemistry Research Award. The awards committee cites the creative method development, careful experimental work, strong productivity she brings to her studies of atmospherically-relevant brown carbon aerosol particles and their light-absorbing properties.
